For help with your account, payments, withdrawals, or anything else, email info@commglobalmanage.biz. Include the email address on your account and, for transaction issues, the receipt number shown in the transaction details screen.
Sending money — you can send money to people on your friends list. Add a friend from the Friends tab first.
Withdrawals — withdraw your balance to a linked bank account from the Wallet tab. Standard withdrawals are free; instant withdrawals carry a small disclosed fee.
Account security — if you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately and change your password from Settings.
Deleting your account — you can deactivate or permanently delete your account from Settings inside the app.
